All roofing and construction services are governed by Florida law.
2. Services ProvidedWe provide:

Roofing repairs
Roof replacements
Storm damage repairs
Pole barn construction
Related construction services
All work requires:
On-site evaluation
Written estimate
Signed agreement
A signed contract overrides website content.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Hidden damage may require additional repairs.
Material costs may fluctuate due to supplier pricing.
Any change orders must be approved before work continues.
4. Hurricane & Storm Damage Disclaimer
Florida weather conditions, including hurricanes, tropical storms, wind events, and heavy rain, can cause sudden or future damage to roofing systems.
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused by hurricanes or named storm events after project completion
Pre-existing structural weaknessesInsurance carrier determinations
Storm-related damage may require separate repairs not included in original estimates.
5. Insurance Claim Cooperation
If your project involves an insurance claim:
We may assist with documentation and inspection reports.
Final scope of work is subject to insurance approval.
We do not guarantee claim approval.
The property owner remains responsible for payment of deductibles and non-covered items.
We comply with Florida laws regarding insurance claim practices.
6. Contractor Workmanship Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, we provide a:
[1-Year Workmanship Warranty]This covers defects caused by installation errors.
This does NOT cover:
Storm or hurricane damage
Acts of God
Lack of maintenance
Structural movement
Damage caused by others
Manufacturer defects
Manufacturer warranties are separate and governed by the product manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
7. 3-Day Right of Rescission (Florida Residential Notice)
For residential contracts signed at your home, Florida law provides a 3-day right to cancel the contract.
You may cancel without penalty within three (3) business days of signing the agreement, provided written notice is delivered as required by Florida law.
After this period, cancellation terms outlined below apply.
8. Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs:
Before materials are ordered: No penalty beyond administrative costs
After materials are ordered: Customer is responsible for material and restocking fees
After work has begun: Customer is responsible for completed labor and materials
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased.
9. Payments & Late Fees
Payment terms are outlined in your written contract.
Deposits may be required prior to scheduling
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreedLate payments may incur fees as permitted by Florida law
Failure to pay may result in lien proceedings
10. Florida Construction Lien Notice
Under Florida law, contractors and suppliers who provide labor or materials to improve property may have the right to file a Construction Lien if unpaid.
Failure to pay for completed work may result in:
A Claim of Lien
Legal action
Recovery of attorney’s fees and costs
We comply with Florida Statutes Chapter 713 regarding lien rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
